Approaches and Challenges in Robotic Perception for Table-top Rearrangement and Planning

We describe our approach to the ICRA 2022 Open Cloud Robot Table Organization Challenge (OCRTOC), where we achieved 3rd place globally. Our system integrates robotic perception, task planning, and manipulation to rearrange objects on a tabletop from an initial configuration to a goal configuration.
